Purpose of processing

Personal data provided through the website contact form will be processed for the purpose of managing the user's information request, responding to their enquiries and, where applicable, maintaining commercial contact related to the services offered by Independencia Centro de Negocios, S.L.

The web form only collects the following data: name, phone number, email, message and, for some services, optional additional fields (service of interest, number of people, estimated date, etc.). No special categories of personal data are collected or processed.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the user's explicit consent, granted by accepting this privacy policy when submitting the form.

Recipients

Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. Data will be processed internally by Independencia Centro de Negocios, S.L. and, where necessary, by technology service providers strictly required for the provision of the service, with whom the corresponding data processing agreements have been signed.
